Physical benefits
Padel offers numerous physical benefits for children, including improved coordination, balance, flexibility, and endurance. It's a full-body workout and burns as many calories as most other sports, keeping children fit and healthy.

Technique and Skill
Children work on their technique, learn the rules of the game, and gradually build up to mastering all padel skills. Through fun exercises, they develop their footwork and game insight, including the clever use of the glass walls.

Social interaction
Padel requires teamwork, communication, and collaboration as it is played in pairs. The tactical aspect of the game and the need to communicate strategies help children to work together, think strategically, and solve problems during the game.
